Samples are always available and can be viewed
as laid at the Bristol yard. You are also welcome to browse through
our brochures which can be made avaialble from the Bristol office.
Please make an appointment prior to visiting our Yard or Office as
we are always very busy and we prefer to make time to meet with you.

Waiting time
-
We are always very busy, summertime is the busiest
time for us. All domestic work is undertaken in strict rotation, you
will be added to the list once your deposit is received. We will plan
the best time to carry out any work and always contact you a few days
to confirm prior to arrival on site.
- Arrival on site

We only ever use our own skilled labour force to
lay paving, we do not subcontract laying of paving. Our labour force
will introduce themselves and take any last minute or special instructions
such as areas to leave clear for access etc.
- Once on site

Although small variations can be agreed with our
staff on site most changes should be discussed with the office as
there may be cost implications. As preparation approaches completion
the paving will be delivered and we will require a progress payment,
as detailed in our quotation. When the paving is completed you will
usually be asked to inspect the work by our Team Leader who will be
happy to answer any questions you may have.

Final payment

We expect the final payment, as quoted, to be paid
on completion. Any variations and additions will be invoiced separately.

Guarantee
-
All our products and materials supplied are guaranteed
for 12 months from completion. In addition if you select your paving
from either Marshalls or TopPave the guarantee can be extended to
5 years with a product guarantee from the manufacturer of 10 years.
