| We don’t believe in small print. Therefore our
terms and conditions are short, simple and set out below. Whilst legally
binding they should be read in conjunction with: "Why Chose Jerry
Dart Ltd" and "The Next Steps"
- Payment
- Payment is due in accordance with the quotation, by return of 1st
class post following receipt of invoice. The company may charge interest
on overdue accounts at 4% above the Lloyds TSB Plc base rate.
- Title of Goods
- The company shall retain title of all goods supplied until full
payment is received. The company retains the right to remove goods
supplied, any costs involved in doing so and the original debt will
remain due.
- Commitment to Quality and to Innovation
- Evolution in product design is continuous and information is subject
to change without notice. Variation is normally the result of product
performance improvement or enhancement to specification.
- Local Services
- It is assumed that all services (gas, electricity, water, sewerage,
telephone and cables are installed in accordance with current Building
Regulations. The company will not be held liable for damage caused
to services not installed in accordance with such regulations or correctly.
We will of course, always take due care when working around services.
- Warranty & Liability
- Company liability is limited to the value of the original contract.
Non payment or short payment invalidates any guarantee or liability.
The client will ensure adequate care of the product and will follow
all care guidelines offered by the company and product manufacturer.
Any defect must be reported to the company in writing within 14 days
of becoming apparent.
- Cooling off period
- When signing a contract in your home there is a 14 day cooling off
period during which you may cancel the contract in writing and without
penalty.
- Quotations

All quotations are given on a "subject to survey"
basis
- Disputes
- Expert opinion of either Interlay or the product manufacture shall
be binding in the resolution of any dispute.
- Cancellation by the buyer
- No cancellation of the whole or any part of any order or contract
by the client is permitted except with agreement, in advance, in writing
by the company.
